About the Program

Huntington Bank Field looks for opportunities to work with groups and nonprofit organizations to help create a best-in-class experience on event/gamedays. Providing friendly customer service and being fan-focused is a key part of creating the gameday experience for our fans. Groups will be assigned to operate a concession stand. Each group is required to have enough volunteers to successfully operate the concession stand. Groups are responsible for taking part in the training that is required before volunteering.

Funds Raised: Your nonprofit will receive donations of a percent of sales or a guaranteed base rate – whichever is greater. We do not permit volunteers to be paid by the organization and we do not pay volunteers.

Eligibility

  • IRS Letter of Determination and a completed W-9 from your organization.

  • Have at least 10-12 volunteers available at each event. If you have a smaller number, let us know and we’ll find ways to make it work!

  • All volunteers must be 18 and older.

  • Training for alcohol awareness and food safety must be completed before you are assigned a stand.
