    Road closures on East 9th Street and West 3rd Street begin approximately 4 hours before event/game time and North Marginal Road will be the only accessible road to the stadium. Following the event/game, road closures are in effect for approximately 60 minutes after the event/game ends. Access for ADA pick-up near the stadium will not be available until the roads re-open.

  • To ensure fans’ comfort, and in accordance with local fire safety laws, only fans with a ticket will be allowed inside Huntington Bank Field. For most events, children under the age of two (2) do not need a ticket, however they must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Fans will not be permitted to leave the stadium and return on the same ticket, except in the case of a medical emergency. Huntington Bank Field cannot guarantee the validity of any ticket purchased from an unauthorized source.

  • Huntington Bank Field fans are encouraged to drink responsibly. Proper identification is necessary to purchase or consume any alcoholic beverage within Huntington Bank Field. Fans will not be allowed to enter the stadium if they are visibly intoxicated. Disorderly behavior will result in ejection from the stadium without a refund.

    • Fans must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcohol.
    • All fans under 30 years of age will be required to show proper ID.
    • A limit of 2 alcoholic beverages may be sold per fan per transaction.
    • Alcohol will not be allowed into or out of the stadium.
    • The purchase limit of 2 drinks per fan per transaction may be reduced and sales may be discontinued at any time at the discretion of Stadium Management. For Browns games, alcohol sales will stop at the end of the third quarter.

    • Must be in good taste and may not obstruct another fan’s view or cover any stadium signage.
    • May not include commercial messages, logos, political endorsements, or content considered divisive or controversial.
    • Signs mounted on poles or sticks, or made of wood or metal, are not permitted.
    • Fans may hang approved banners and signs along the field wall, as long as they do not interfere with messaging from Huntington Bank Field, the Cleveland Browns, team partners, or the NFL.

    Banners and signs are permitted at most events. If restrictions apply for a specific event, they will be noted on the event page. Please review the event page for any updates before attending.

    Please note: Stadium management reserves the right to determine whether any sign or banner violates policy. Refusal to remove or surrender non-compliant items may result in ejection from the stadium.

  • Binoculars are permitted inside the stadium; however, any binocular case must comply with the stadium’s Bag Policy. We recommend wearing binoculars around your neck or carrying them without a case to avoid issues at entry.

  • The Browns Party Suite is a 950-square-foot premium space located on the fourth floor of Huntington Bank Field, offering an ideal setting for receptions, celebrations, or small group gatherings of up to 50 guests.

    Featuring large windows that open to the field, the suite offers a stunning panoramic view, along with a built-in buffet, portable bar, and a stylish, open layout perfect for entertaining.

  • For Cleveland Browns games, cameras and video cameras (camcorders) are allowed, but must not interfere with another fan’s enjoyment of the event/game. The images reproduced may not be used commercially. Video cameras may not be used to reproduce the game.

    For concerts and other events, the camera policy is at the discretion of the event. In most cases, concerts and other events do not permit professional cameras or video cameras inside the stadium.

  • The Canada Dry City Club is a private ticketed area located between sections 301-316. Canada Dry City Club opens two hours prior to kickoff on Browns gamedays and is also available as a rental space on non-gamedays.

  • All guests attending events at Huntington Bank Field are required to wear clothing (i.e., shirt, pants, and shoes for safety). Nudity, partial nudity, body paint and pasties are prohibited. Any action deemed to be indecent exposure and/or clothing that is deemed offensive, obscene, or displays offensive text and/or images is prohibited. Huntington Bank Field management reserves the right to deny entry or eject guests that refuse to comply with this policy.

  • For the comfort of fans, the following items will be permitted into Huntington Bank Field:

    Partially deflated footballs are allowed for fans seeking autographs.

    If a ball lands in the stands during player warm-ups or gameplay, it must be returned to the field. However, if a player tosses or hands a ball to a fan, that fan may keep it as a souvenir.

  • In compliance with Chapter 3794 of the Ohio Revised Code, smoking is prohibited inside Huntington Bank Field. Vaping, E-cigarettes and chewing tobacco are also prohibited. For fans’ convenience, designated smoking sections are available on the outer concourse of Huntington Bank Field.

  • The Ticketmaster Ticket Office at Huntington Bank Field is open on event days only. Hours vary by event. The Ticketmaster Ticket Office is located on the south side of the stadium next to the Pro Shop.

    Purchasing Tickets:

    • Tickets can be purchased in person at the Ticketmaster Ticket Office, subject to availability.
    • All tickets purchased at the Ticketmaster Ticket Office will be delivered to a mobile device.

    Receiving & Accessing Your Tickets:

    • Delivery Method: Tickets purchased at the Ticketmaster Ticket Office will be sent electronically via text message.
    • Accessing Tickets:
      • Click the link in the text message to open your tickets.
      • If purchasing on the day of the event, simply show the tickets at the gate.

  • Fans who require assistance getting to and from their seats can request Mobility Assistance at any gate or Guest Services location. A limited number of wheelchairs are available to transport guests within the stadium.

    Please note: If a wheelchair is needed for the entire duration of the event, fans must provide their own.

    Manual and power-driven wheelchairs, as well as three- or four-wheeled mobility scooters, are permitted inside Huntington Bank Field. If needed, mobility devices can be safely stored at Guest Services located at 102, or 323 during the event.

  • Join the “Stadium WiFi” network (no password needed), presented by Verizon.

  • Will Call windows are located at the Ticketmaster Ticket Office on the south side of the stadium next to the Pro Shop. Windows are open on event days only. Hours vary by event. A photo ID is required to claim tickets. Tickets will only be released to the person whose name appears on the envelope.

  • For concerts, guests with tickets requiring floor access wristbands must enter through either the Meijer Gate (southwest corner) or the University Hospitals Gate (southeast corner). Designated wristband pickup areas are marked by white tents and red “WRISTBAND” banners. Tickets will be scanned at these locations, and wristbands will be distributed upon verification.
