ADA relocations are available on event/gameday at all Guest Services locations on a limited basis and are not guaranteed. Relocations are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis and will be on the same level as the ticket you purchased.
The ADA pick-up and drop-off area is located outside of the University Hospitals Gate (in the Science Center roundabout), located on the southeast corner of Huntington Bank Field. To ensure the most convenient pick-up and drop-off when approaching the stadium from the west, take East 55th Street to North Marginal Road and continue westbound along North Marginal Road toward Huntington Bank Field. Road closures on East 9th Street and West 3rd Street begin approximately 4 hours before event/game time and North Marginal Road will be the only accessible road to the stadium. Following the event/game, road closures are in effect for approximately 60 minutes after the event/game ends. Access for ADA pick-up near the stadium will not be available until the roads re-open.
To request an ASL interpreter for an upcoming event, please contact [email protected]. All reservations need to be made at least 30 days prior to the event.
Huntington Bank Field provides closed captioning services for fans who are deaf or hearing impaired during Browns games.
In-Stadium Viewing:
Continuous game action captioning is displayed on the corner ribbon boards throughout the seating bowl.

Diaper bags, nursing bags and/or medical bags are permitted inside the stadium. Please enter through the medical exception entrances located at the Southwest or Southeast Canada Dry City Club entrance.

Family Restrooms are reserved for guests with small children and guests with disabilities. All Family Restrooms are ADA compliant and have baby-changing tables. Family Restrooms can be found at the following locations:
- 100 Level – 122, 130, 137 & 149
- 300 Level – 301 (Canada Dry City Club), 319 & 336 (Moen Lake Club)
- 500 Level – 503, 530 & 537
The Canada Dry City Club entrances on the south side of Huntington Bank Field are designated medical entrances. These entrances are open to all guests but are staffed with trained security and medical personnel to assist those needing extra support.
Medications or medical devices that may be restricted at other gates can be reviewed and permitted at the Canada Dry City Club entrances to ensure a smooth entry.
Private rooms for nursing mothers, fans with sensory needs, or those seeking a quiet space for prayer are available at Huntington Bank Field.

Huntington Bank Field is committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all guests. We offer Comfort Kits to fans with sensory sensitivities or special needs to help make their visit more enjoyable.
Each kit may include:

Comfort Kits are available free of charge at any Guest Services location. A valid driver’s license or major credit card is required as a deposit while items are checked out.
Trained guide dogs and service animals that assist guests with disabilities are welcome at Huntington Bank Field. Guests with service animals should enter through either of the south Canada Dry City Club entrances.
Only service animals as defined by the U.S. Department of Justice are permitted. Emotional support animals, therapy animals, and pets are not allowed.

Fans who require assistance getting to and from their seats can request Mobility Assistance at any gate or Guest Services location. A limited number of wheelchairs are available to transport guests within the stadium.
Please note: If a wheelchair is needed for the entire duration of the event, fans must provide their own.
Manual and power-driven wheelchairs, as well as three- or four-wheeled mobility scooters, are permitted inside Huntington Bank Field. If needed, mobility devices can be safely stored at Guest Services located at 102, or 323 during the event.
