WALKING, RIDESHARE & RTA INFORMATION
Walking:
When walking from downtown, you can only access the stadium via West 3rd or East 9th streets.
Rideshare:
If using a rideshare service, get dropped off and picked up on Lakeside Avenue between East 9th and West 3rd streets.
RTA at Tower City:
Get dropped off at Tower City using the RTA. For routes, schedules and additional information, click here>
ENTRY AND WRISTBAND INFORMATION:
This is a mobile ticket event only. Re-entry to the stadium is prohibited.
Access your mobile tickets through the Ticketmaster mobile app. Ensure you have the latest version of the app downloaded. Then, add your tickets to your mobile wallet at least 24 hours prior to the show.

Floor Seat Ticketholders:
Those who have purchased floor seats will require a wristband for this concert. Wristbands must be picked up when scanning your tickets at either the Meijer or University Hospitals gates.

ADA relocations are limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis for the one (1) gest and a companion. Guests can visit the Guest Services Booth on the level they are ticketed. Guest services booths can be found near the below sections:
