Getting Into the Stadium

• Mobile Ticket Entry: Access your mobile tickets through the Browns mobile app. You are encouraged to add your tickets to your mobile wallet at least 24 hours prior to gameday. at least 24 hours prior to gameday.

• Bag Check Tents: Bags that do not meet FirstEnergy Stadium’s clear bag qualifications may be taken to the Bag Check Tents located either on Alfred Lerner Way near the Meijer Gate or in the grassy area at the northeast corner of the stadium. Fans may check their bags starting 2 hours before puck drop. Bag Check Tents close 30 minutes after the game ends.
• Cashless Payments: Cash payments are no longer accepted inside FirstEnergy Stadium. Fans must bring credit and debit cards or use contactless options like Apple Pay for all purchases, including concessions and merchandise.
