Huntington Bank Field is looking for enthusiastic, part-time and seasonal Event Team Members to help create world-class experiences for every guest—from the moment they arrive until they leave. Candidates Must Be:
- Obsessed with providing world-class service in a friendly and professional manner
Driven to proactively engage with fans and possess exceptional communication skills
Available to work all stadium concerts, special events (soccer, WWE, etc.), and all Browns home games (preseason, regular season, playoffs), including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Able to pass a criminal background check
Able to stand for long periods and walk long distances around the stadium in various weather conditions
Able to maintain a professional appearance
Event Day Positions & Partner Opportunities
- Guest Relations – Provide assistance to guests through extensive knowledge of stadium policies and procedures working primarily in one of our guest service booth/kiosks
- Club Greeter – Engage fans to greet and confirm access privileges to the appropriate club
- Suite Attendant – Provide white-glove level of service to suite holders by ensuring access privileges and delivering world-class, proactive service
- Usher – Ensure safety while monitoring crowd behavior in their respective section as well as building relationships with fans and Season Ticket Members
- Mobility Assistance Team (MAT) – Providing wheelchair escorts for fans from entrances to their seats
Allied Universal Security Services positions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ticket Takers – Greet and assist guests with scanning tickets to enter the venue
- Security Screening – Greet guests and ensure we are providing a safe experience by adhering to NFL/event protocols
- Ushering – Ensure safety while monitoring crowd behavior in their respective section as well as building relationships with fans and Season Ticket Members
- Field Security Staff – Maintain the integrity of the field per NFL/event protocols
- Access Control/Credential Check – Engage fans to greet and confirm access privileges
- The majority of these positions are gameday and special event only.
- It is required that all staff are available for all home games.
- Staff in these areas must be able to lift up to 50lbs, be comfortable walking long distances in the stadium, and
have the ability to be on their feet for up to 10 hours.
All-Inclusive Club Staff
- There are ten all-inclusive clubs located throughout the stadium.
- Examples of positions are barback, server, and club supervisor.
- Prior food service experience is recommended but not required.
Suite Level Staff
- Huntington Bank Field features 140+ suites on two different floors.
- Examples of positions are: runner, alcoholic beverage cart bartender, dessert cart server, and suite supervisor.
- Fans in the suites expect a luxury hospitality experience which we strive to exceed.
- Prior server or bartender service experience is recommended but not required.
Concession Staff
- Huntington Bank Field operates 120+ concession stands varying from full-service grill operations, portable nacho stands, express style beer markets, and many more.
- The Concessions program is seeking Supervisors, Warehouse Workers, Housekeeping/Clean Team Associates and Utility Employees. Hours of availability will range from event day only, to 35 to 40 hours/week during peak season.
- Prior experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Maintain friendly, efficient and positive customer service while ensuring the assigned area is cleaned, stocked and prepared for events.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, push, twist and reach for extended periods.
- Maintains all assigned areas and corridors in a clean, neat and sanitary manner to protect the safety and health of others.
- Demonstrates efficient and safe use of housekeeping equipment and solutions.
- Diligently employs precautions when disposing of trash and biohazardous materials.
- Ensures all surfaces are disinfected, floors clear of debris, trash is pulled, lined and cans are shined.
- May disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies, using germicides and sterilizing equipment.
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace them when appropriate
Retail Sales Associate
Education, Experience and Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Experience working in retail and/or sales preferred.
- Ability to work as a member of a team in fast paced environments, serving a diverse fan base.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Possess a fun, outgoing, confident and professional demeanor.
- Ability to build product knowledge.
- Ability to maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness.
- Proven ability to overcome obstacles while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills.
- Ability to be punctual, consistent and reliable on the job.
Physical Demands:
- Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend and move about the facility as needed.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Gameday/Event scheduling may have exposure to various weather elements (rainy, windy, cold, high temperatures, etc.) if assigned location is outside of the shop.
