Know Before you Go

Bag policy

Approved Bags:

Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12″ W x 12″ H x 6″ D. This includes clear backpacks, clear fanny packs and clear cinch bags that fit within the permissible dimensions.
One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
Small clutch bag approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap. This can be carried separately or within a plastic bag

Bag Check:

Bags that do not meet Huntington Bank Field’s clear bag qualifications may be taken to the Bag Check Tents located at the southwest corner of the stadium. Fans may check their bags starting 2 hours before kickoff. Bag Check Tents close 30 minutes after the game ends.
Cost: $20 per bag – payment by credit card only.
Unclaimed bags will be returned to the Huntington Bank Field lost and found.

Important: Fans are not permitted to carry umbrellas into Huntington Bank Field.

Cashless Venue

Cash payments are no longer accepted inside Huntington Bank Field. Fans must bring credit and debit cards or use contactless options like Apple Pay for all purchases, including concessions and merchandise.

Getting Into the Stadium

Option 1: Express Access Entry

Express Access, presented by Verizon, uses facial authentication technology for a free, fast and easy entry into Huntington Bank Field. After enrolling, you won’t need to scan your mobile tickets at the gate. Instead, the tablet will recognize your face, and you will proceed directly into the stadium, allowing you and anyone else utilizing a ticket in your account to enter.

Option 2: Mobile Ticket Entry

Access your mobile tickets through the Browns mobile app. You are encouraged to add your tickets to your mobile wallet at least 24 hours prior to gameday.
