During Event or Gamedays:

  • Found an item? Please turn it in at any Guest Services location.
  • Items found during the event can be claimed at the Guest Services location at Section 102 during the 4th quarter.

After the Event or Gameday:

  • Unclaimed items will be logged into the Boomerang Lost and Found System within 1 business day.
  • To report a lost item, fans must submit a Lost and Found form through the Boomerang System.
  • If a match is found, Guest Services will contact the fan to schedule a pickup-time within 48 hours after the game.

Item-Pickup Details:

  • Items can be picked up at the North Visitors Entrance, located on the north side of the stadium on Erieside Drive.
  • After 48 hours, item-pickups at the stadium require prior approval from Guest Services.

Please Note:

The Cleveland Browns are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Found items will be held for 30 days before discarding.
