Hours Of Operation
- Regular Hours: Monday – Friday, 11 AM – 5 PM
- Gamedays: Open to non-ticket holders until approximately 3 hours before kickoff. After that, access is limited to ticketed fans inside the stadium.
- Holiday Closures: Closed on Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve.
- Outside Events: The Pro Shop will be closed during stadium-hosted outside events.

Location
The Main Pro Shop is located on the south side of Huntington Bank Field, publicly accessible from Alfred Lerner Way. Metered parking is available nearby.

- 100 Level: 111 (Main Pro Shop), 124, 135 & 147
- 300 Level: 301 & 316 (Canada Dry City Club), 320, 339 (Moen Lake Club) & 348
- 500 Level: 508 & 534
Gameday Popup Location:
Look for the Browns Pro Shop trailer on Alfred Lerner Way, just outside the University Hospitals Gate.
