For most events, children under the age of two (2) do not need a ticket, however they must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Fans will not be permitted to leave the stadium and return on the same ticket, except in the case of a medical emergency. Huntington Bank Field cannot guarantee the validity of any ticket purchased from an unauthorized source.

Have the purchaser transfer tickets to anyone who is arriving later/separately by following the transfer process listed below. We recommend transferring tickets before arriving at the stadium to avoid any issues.

Purchaser: Open the Ticketmaster App or Browns App and log in (on the Browns App, navigate to the Tickets page and tap “View Your Mobile Tickets”). Under My Events, find the correct event and click on the Transfer button. Select the ticket(s) to be transferred and enter your recipient’s email address or phone number to share the ticket(s) with them.
Person attending: Open the email or text message received from Ticketmaster and click the Accept Ticket button. Log into Ticketmaster or set up an account if you don’t already have one, and Ticketmaster will attach the tickets to your account. On the event day, you can pull up the tickets in your account on your phone to enter Huntington Bank Field. We recommend adding your tickets to your mobile wallet before arriving at the stadium to avoid any issues.
There are no refunds or exchanges on any ticket purchased for Huntington Bank Field concerts, games or events.

If a guest purchases tickets from a secondary ticket market or third-party website (ticket brokers, Craigslist, eBay, StubHub, Facebook, etc.) there is a risk that the tickets may be fraudulent. Fraudulent tickets will NOT be honored and the ticket holder may be turned away.
PLEASE NOTE: Huntington Bank Field is not responsible for tickets purchased from other online sources. Tickets purchased from other sources may be invalid, more expensive, and/or ineligible for assistance. Huntington Bank Field is not able to honor, replace, or refund any invalid tickets. Guests with invalid tickets are welcome to purchase replacement tickets at the Huntington Bank Field Ticketmaster Ticket Office based on ticket availability.

The sale of tickets on Huntington Bank Field property is prohibited to anyone other than the Cleveland Browns, Huntington Bank Field and its authorized agents without the express written consent of the Cleveland Browns. Violators are subject to arrest and confiscation of tickets without a refund. Those found reselling tickets at Huntington Bank Field may risk the loss of PSL and/or season ticket member privileges.
The Ticketmaster Ticket Office at Huntington Bank Field is open on event days only. Hours vary by event. The Ticketmaster Ticket Office is located on the south side of the stadium next to the Pro Shop.
Purchasing Tickets:
- Tickets can be purchased in person at the Ticketmaster Ticket Office, subject to availability.
- All tickets purchased at the Ticketmaster Ticket Office will be delivered to a mobile device.
Receiving & Accessing Your Tickets:
- Delivery Method: Tickets purchased at the Ticketmaster Ticket Office will be sent electronically via text message.
- Accessing Tickets:
- Click the link in the text message to open your tickets.
- If purchasing on the day of the event, simply show the tickets at the gate.
- If purchasing for a future event, click ‘Manage’ at the bottom of the ticket, log into your Ticketmaster account, and save the tickets for easy access on event day.
Will Call windows are located at the Ticketmaster Ticket Office on the south side of the stadium next to the Pro Shop. Windows are open on event days only. Hours vary by event. A photo ID is required to claim tickets. Tickets will only be released to the person whose name appears on the envelope.
Mobile Ticketing
Huntington Bank Field tickets are mobile only. Guests’ phones are the official ticket for entry. PDFs, screenshots and print at home tickets of any kind are not valid. Mobile ticketing allows ticket holders to conveniently manage, transfer (forward), or re-sell tickets and aids in efforts to reduce the risk of lost or counterfeit tickets.
Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster are accessible through the free Browns Mobile App or the Ticketmaster App. Through both apps, guests can download and manage event tickets.

- Click “View Your Mobile Tickets”
- Sign in with your Browns Ticketmaster account credentials
- Click on the event
- Select “View Ticket” to display barcode
- Present barcode at the gate to have your ticket scanned for entry
If a purchaser does not have a smart phone, but someone else in the party does, the purchaser can log into their online account at Ticketmaster.com and transfer their tickets to another person in their party. That person must go into their email and accept the tickets, at which point they will be moved to this person’s Ticketmaster account. On event day, the person should log into their account for entry into Huntington Bank Field.
If the purchaser does not have a smart phone, and no one in the party will have a smart phone when attending the event, the purchaser can bring their photo ID and account number to the Ticketmaster Ticket Office the day of the event and the Ticketmaster Ticket Office can print tickets. Additional fees will apply.
Express Access
Express Access, presented by Verizon, uses facial authentication for free, fast, and easy entry into Huntington Bank Field for you and anyone else utilizing a ticket in your account. Express Access is available for all Cleveland Browns games. Availability for other events may vary. Enroll for free now!
